These Terms of Service apply to the website, proposals, quotations, products and services supplied by Sublime Masterpieces. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms, subject to any additional written terms in an accepted quotation or invoice.
OUR SERVICES
Sublime Masterpieces sources and supplies custom clothing, teamwear, corporate gifts, branded products and event items. Product availability, branding methods, minimum quantities, lead times and supplier specifications may vary.
ENQUIRIES, PROPOSALS AND QUOTATIONS
Website content and tailored proposals are provided for information and planning. An order is only confirmed when you accept a written quotation or invoice, provide any required artwork or approvals, and make the required payment or deposit. Quotations remain subject to stock, supplier availability and the validity period stated on the quotation.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, taxes, branding charges, setup fees, delivery costs and payment terms will be shown in the applicable quotation or invoice. We may pause sourcing, production or delivery where an amount is overdue or required information or approval has not been supplied.
ARTWORK, BRANDING AND APPROVALS
You are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, wording, sizes, colours and other order information, and for confirming that you have permission to use any logos, trade marks or content provided to us. Digital mock-ups and proofs are guides; colours and placement can vary between screens, materials and production methods. Production may begin after your approval, and changes requested afterwards may incur additional costs or delay.
LEAD TIMES AND DELIVERY
Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. They begin once payment, stock availability, artwork and approvals are complete. We will take reasonable steps to meet agreed dates, but supplier, courier, load-shedding, import, weather and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Risk and delivery arrangements will follow the accepted quotation or invoice and applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND DEFECTS
Custom-made, personalised or branded products generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production has started unless they are defective, incorrectly supplied or returnable under applicable consumer law. Please inspect goods promptly and notify us of a problem with supporting photographs and order details. Any remedy will be assessed in line with the accepted order, supplier terms and South African law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND LINKS
We source from third-party suppliers and may link to supplier catalogues or external websites. Product specifications, stock and images may change. External sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Sublime Masterpieces name, website content, designs and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customer logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially reuse our website content without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Sublime Masterpieces will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, supplier catalogues or delayed delivery. Any direct liability will be determined under the accepted order and applicable South African law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve any dispute directly.
